For this reason alone we have developed a huge current database that includes candidates from all fields, from top management level to skilled, semiskilled and unskilled labourers and this includes ambitious, fresh candidates as well as candidates with prior overseas experience. We supply quality trained manpower to the overseas market. We specialise in providing overseas experienced candidates. Our Clients find this a huge asset as such candidates are already familiar with the culture and ethos of the place and take no time in adjusting to the work culture.

Our selection procedure begins when we receive the Demand letter & Power of Attorney from our clients. Following this we conduct intensive selection process all over India even before our Client visits us. Personal Interviews are then conducted in the presence of the Client's representatives to satisfy their needs fully. The process concludes with the medical tests and immigration formalities of the selected candidates.

To facilitate the hiring process we have tie ups with the leading Institutes, ITI's & Test centers in India, who help us in sourcing the best candidates.

Our director, Mr. Rohan Raghavan, is a food lover and looks into the hosting of the clients himself.

We take responsibility  

We take responsibility also for travel and assistance within the source country. Whether it is just one destination or multiple travels needed within the source country to get you the best of skilled/unskilled labor, we assure you all convenience during the travel. Not only this, one of our staff will always accompany and assist you during interviews to ensure there is no miss-communication between the Client and the prospective worker. The staff, who is familiar with the local atmosphere, understands the culture of the place and speaks the native language is a great support through the execution of the interview.

Emigrate Assistance  

Full support with Emigrate is our latest addition to our services and it is our star attraction. Our Clients are happy and relieved that we are serving them completely with the whole Emigrate process. All you have to do is provide us with your user name and password and we will complete all the procedures right from raising the demand from the site till we satisfy all the Indian consulate formalities. Dhruv Patel Operations Head

Dhruv works closely with clients and is responsible for the execution of our assignments. He accompanies clients and is a constant support through all the days of the interviews. From the very beginning till the end you won't have to worry about anything. You will find him very useful and a one-stop answer for all your questions during client visits.
